A paper entitled "A method of reducing the corner wear in cylindrical plunge grinding", originally published by Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Great Britain, has been included in "Machining Source Book", a collection of outstanding articles from technical literature, and published by American Society of Metals International. U.S.A.

M/S. Carborundum Universal, Madras. a leading Multi-national grinding wheel manufacturing firm, has acquired the patent licensing of "Spiral Grooved Wheels".
Attended Post-Doctoral re-invitation programme at I.I.T., Madras, during July - October, 1989.
Has been guiding undergraduate projects regularly since 1970, and handling M.Tech. classes and guiding projects since 1989. Guided 40 M.Tech. projects. Guided four Ph.Ds and guiding three more.
Actively involved in sending proposals to AICTE for sanction under MODROB, TAPTEC and R & D SCHEMES.
Co-ordinator for the Accreditation process at University B.D.T College of Engineering in 2002.
Convener for preparing the proposal for world bank assistance under TEQIP through which University B.D.T College of Engg. got about 11crores in 2004.
