Bridging BIET and the engineers it sent into the world.
Established in 1994, the BIET Alumni Association connects generations of graduates with their alma mater, faculty, and students. Through department coordinators, alumni meets, mentoring, and professional engagement, it strengthens lifelong relationships and creates opportunities for knowledge sharing, industry interaction, and student development.
Our vision
To provide a platform that bridges the gap between institute and alumni by enabling systemic collaboration between both entities, leading to the creation of knowledgeable and responsible assets for the institute.
Mission

A short history
Milestones since the Association was founded in 1994.
- 1994Alumni Association established. First president: Prof. G.S. Shivanna; first secretary: Dr. Sharanaprabhu.
- 2005Mr. S.B. Patil assumes the role of secretary.
- 2009Mega alumni meet conducted.
- 2010Major alumni meet on May 1st draws nationwide participation.
- 2012Textile alumni meet, with department heads felicitated.
