Vinod comes with more than 25 years of industry experience including more than 15 years in the Insurance industry as business leader. He brings deep technology expertise around Insurance domain and in the Banking and Financial Services industry. Vinod has grown iNube, the company he co-founded with other 3 HP colleagues and has steered the company to $5Million from ground zero. Vinod drives strategy, enterprise partnership, geography channel strategy and institutional growth strategy at iNube. Being Chairman and managing director of the company, he spends lot of time mentoring leadership community within iNube. His company iNube was named one among 20 fastest growing BFSI companies in India under Vinod’s leadership. In his prior role at HP, he was world wide strategy consultant to global HP customers. Prior to HP, he played leadership roles at various technology companies like Oracle, AT&T Bell Labs. As a thought leader he has contributed to several White Papers and Points of View on technology adoptions by Enterprises and have been fostering innovations. He is a qualified engineer academically and possess certification on strategy by Harvard Business School. Vinod is married and lives in Bangalore with his wife and daughter.

Mr. Ganesh Shamanur(Batch:1999-2003) works as Design Automation Manager in Texas Instruments, Bangalore. He worked in National Semiconductor for 6 years and thereafter is managing the automation team in Texas Instruments, from past 9 years and has an overall experience of 15 years in VLSI industry. He holds BE (E&C) degree from BIET (1999-2003), MTech (VLSI Design) from VTU (2003-2005) with an University Gold-Medal. His MTech thesis was awarded Best Masters Thesis award by Infineon. He holds 2 Manufacturer Incentive Awards, 2 Trade Secrets and 1 IEEE paper to his credit. He has won company's Million Dollar Idea Project twice. He is instrumental in defining automation-flows used by Circuit Designers worldwide, to realize designs from concept to Silicon, identify reliability failures in ICs and create automation tools that help achieve time-to-market. He is instrumental in hiring the best tech-talent, training new-hires and creating question-bank for his organization.During his free time, he is passionate about doing social-service in villages. He likes trekking and hikes in The Himalayas, Western Ghats and The Swiss Alps.
